Freight forwarder

Freight Forwarder position in South Manchester. This freight forwarder role covers Ocean & Air. The company is easy to get to and has lunch options available locally. The hours are

09:00 – 17:30

and covers the various methods of freight including ocean and air. Freight forwarder £28-33k

The role
As a freight forwarder you will work on the import side of the business and cover the 3 main modes of freight importing (air, sea, road). You will ensure everything on your import desk runs smoothly, there a big focus on the air side, being based near to the airport. This role will include all the other normal freight forwarder duties.

Experience
we are looking for a freight forwarder ideally with import knowledge however if your export focused, they can train on imports. you will have a understanding of air & ocean freight forwarding and ideally some road as well but not essential.
