Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from freezer storage locations
• Prepare and stage orders for shipping and distribution
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as assigned
• Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within freezer areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and food handling guidelines
• Report inventory shortages or damaged items to supervisors
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards

Qualifications

• Ability to work in freezer temperatures for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Warehouse or order-picking experience preferred

Work Environment

• Freezer warehouse environment with extreme cold temperatures
• Physical labor including lifting, bending, reaching, and walking
• Required use of freezer gear and personal protective equipment
