Freelance Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll shape how the world experiences our brand across digital, print, video, and emerging media. You bring creativity, precision, and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling, across campaigns, websites, documents, and everything in between.

What You Will Do: Design & visual creation

• Design beautiful, brand-aligned visuals for digital campaigns, web, social media, internal comms, events, and presentations.

• Create digital ads for growth and performance campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

• Develop visually engaging eBooks, flyers, brochures, event materials, and large-scale visuals (e.g., banners, signage) with a solid grasp of print production standards.

• Maintain a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and color to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Tools & Systems

• Design efficiently in Figma using design systems, prototyping, and handoff best practices.

• Create reusable assets and templates.

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to deliver high-quality, production-ready designs.

• Leverage AI-powered tools like Claude and Gemini for ideation, image generation, and content creation.

What you bring:

• 5-7 years of experience in branding
• In-house experience within a B2B environment preferred
• In-depth experience with Figma and Adobe Suite (illustrator and photoshop)
• Affinity with AI tools

Practicalities:

• 6 month long collaboration

• 3 days a week

• At least 1 day/week at our office (Amsterdam Noord)
