Fragrance Development Manager

Job Title:  Fragrance Development Manager/ Evaluator

City, Country: Shanghai, China

Fabric category FDM position including laundry detergent and fabric enhancer.International exposure and working with creative team.

Your key responsibilities

•   Project management, win business by managing development of fragrance to answer the client’s briefs, support sales efforts

•    Solid partner of perfumers and other key stakeholders

•    Constantly develops in-depth market insights, detect olfactive trends and needs for category and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions

•    Participates to define category/client’s fragrance development strategy and execution 

•    Leads pro-active and reactive projects and initiatives, communication networking internally and externally

•    Act as a role model/reference for FDMs

You bring

•    Bachelor degree or equivalent education background

•    Minimum 3 years working experience in fragrance evaluation/Minimum of 1+ years of experience in fragrance evaluation (trainee or on-job training) for AFDM (assistant evaluator) with independence in delivery of projects

•    Good communication & interpersonal skills

•    Good presentation and project management skills

•    Creative, self-driving, proactive, accountable and patient

•    Excellent Oral and Written English & Mandarin
