Job description

Job Title:  Fragrance Development Manager/ Evaluator

City, Country: Shanghai, China

 

Fabric category FDM position including laundry detergent and fabric enhancer.International exposure and working with creative team.

 

Your key responsibilities

   Project management, win business by managing development of fragrance to answer the client’s briefs, support sales efforts

    Solid partner of perfumers and other key stakeholders

    Constantly develops in-depth market insights, detect olfactive trends and needs for category and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions

    Participates to define category/client’s fragrance development strategy and execution 

    Leads pro-active and reactive projects and initiatives, communication networking internally and externally

    Act as a role model/reference for FDMs

You bring

    Bachelor degree or equivalent education background

    Minimum 3 years working experience in fragrance evaluation/Minimum of 1+ years of experience in fragrance evaluation (trainee or on-job training) for AFDM (assistant evaluator) with independence in delivery of projects

    Good communication & interpersonal skills

    Good presentation and project management skills

    Creative, self-driving, proactive, accountable and patient

    Excellent Oral and Written English & Mandarin
