FPU Mechanical & Piping Inspector #O&G1

Qualification:

a)        S1 degree in mechanical/Material engineering or science 
b)        The Candidate shall be fully trained and have a minimum of 10 years experiences in inspection of process piping; pipeline welding and installation, and other work associated with fabrication of onshore and offshore facilities for Oil and Gas
c)        Have strong experience to carry out inspection activties on Mechanical Turbo Machinery Package.
d)        Experience with applicable codes and standards such as: API 1104, API 5L, ASME B 31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME Section IX and other codes and standards related to pipeline welding and installation.
e)        Holding CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate
f)        Certified NDT personal to recognize standard (ASNT, PCN and BATAN), holding at least 3 (Three) method: RT, UT, MT/PT level 2
g)        Certification qualified by FROSIO or National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) level 2 certificate
h)        Experience in painting/ coating inspection in oil and gas facilities, certified NACE level 2 or equivalent is preferred
