• We are looking for a multi-faceted engineer that will work in the following areas:
• CMOS Device & process integration
• Chip product KPI analysis, DTCO
• System level KPI optimization, STCO
• Foundry partnership
• This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple fields (process, packaging, AI and computing architects, memory controller, global SoC).
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in CMOS technology development (e.g. device, process) and product bring up
• Strong data analysis skills including tool proficiency for both device and product analysis
• System level KPIs optimization experience (bandwidth, power, area efficiency)
• Solid understanding of CMOS device behavior, including device characterization and analysis
• Solid understanding of semiconductor process integration, FinFET technology
• Must be self-motivated and organized, but also highly effective in teamwork
Education Requirements
• Advanced Degree (M.S. or Ph.D) in Engineering & Science,
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
