Founding UX Lead (Remote)

Talk Social is hiring a UX/UI lead to architect a platform for deep human connection. We see human connection as an act of serendipity, resulting from a mix of art and science, and one that creates a universe of possibilities. In your role you'd be leading the interactive design at one of the more exciting and crazy companies in the space.

We believe that shared experiences underly meaningful moments that are catalysts to all things social—whether it be a moment of connection, "loose connections," friendships, or even "soul mates." To create these experiences regularly requires the skill and art of architects, producers, and designers, as well as the flexibility of environments, activities, and time.

An experiential canvas that is suitable for those creators does not currently exist digitally, and you'd be both creating digital environments for intimate experiences, as well as giving experience designers and hosts the tools to create their own.

You:

• Want a challenge, building something that doesn't exist yet.
• Have 3-5+ years of experience constructing digital products
• Experience with the latest in design + collaboration tools
• Are looking to work in an environment with a strong social mission
• Respect for the human experience
• If you have created and hosted events yourself, that's awesome!
• A veteran of building social or video products a plus
• Frontend development skills always welcome
