We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale high-performing teams while supporting the launch of new business verticals in a rapidly growing, high-growth organization. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will play a critical role in building scalable hiring processes, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting aggressive organizational growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Build and scale hiring processes to support both existing teams and new business verticals.
• Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient hiring decisions.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation standards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, pipeline health, and market trends to support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Support workforce planning, talent mapping, and market intelligence activities to enable long-term business growth.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and operational efficiency to meet aggressive hiring goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or HR Consulting.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, business, or leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive talent mapping techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Experience supporting business expansion, new team formation, or rapid organizational scaling is highly desirable.
