Founded by ad platform veterans from Google and Instacart, we've successfully raised a $25 million Seed funding round led by Kleiner Perkins to accelerate our growth. This capital will be used to expand our teams, bringing our vision of intelligent, autonomous marketing to life. What You’ll Do

• General BizOps: Partner with our Leaders to automate and tackle key business operations projects across R&D, People, Sales & Marketing, etc.

• Board Level Impact: Partner with Founders on Board Meeting narratives, business metrics, initiatives, P&L, etc.

• Financial Operations: Own the "Order-to-Cash" cycle.

• The Books: Lead the end-of-month cleanup in QuickBooks, ensuring our CPA has a "push-button" experience for tax and reporting.

• Global Payroll: Own the end-to-end payroll and workforce lifecycle, while building a scalable system for managing and paying our global network of contractors and vendors.

• Expenses: You will own the 'source of truth' for employee total compensation, ensuring that every gym stipend, home-office reimbursement, and company-paid benefit is correctly taxed and reported in partnership with our CPA consultant.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Ops, BizOps, or Accounting, ideally at a high-growth tech startup. Prior experience in Management Consulting a plus.

• QuickBooks Expert: You’ve managed the books for a startup before and understand the nuances of SaaS accounting.

• The "Operator" Mindset: You don't just identify problems; you build the automation or the process to fix them.

• Extreme Detail Orientation: You’re the person who catches the $0.50 discrepancy in a 100-line invoice.

• Salary: A base salary range of $170,000 to $195,000.
