We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Performance Manager – Founder’s Office to work closely with executive leadership in driving operational excellence, business intelligence, and organizational performance. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, building scalable management systems, and transforming data into actionable business insights.

As a Business Performance Manager, you will design performance frameworks, establish meaningful business metrics, and develop systems that enable leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions. Working across multiple business functions, you will identify improvement opportunities, implement operational interventions, and build accountability mechanisms that support sustainable growth. This position requires a strong blend of business analytics, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business performance frameworks that provide meaningful visibility into organizational health and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems across multiple business functions.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, operational gaps, performance issues, and growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical insights into practical recommendations that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable processes that address root causes and drive long-term operational improvements.
• Lead business performance reviews by creating structured, insight-driven reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Build accountability systems that ensure timely execution, ownership, and follow-through of business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, enhance productivity, and support strategic business goals.
• Partner closely with leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives, monitor execution, and measure business outcomes.
• Continuously refine business intelligence practices, reporting methodologies, and performance management systems to support organizational growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Strategy, Commercial Operations, Business Excellence, or Performance Management.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, business intelligence, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to interpret business data, identify root causes, and recommend practical, high-impact solutions.
• Strong understanding of performance management, process improvement, operational excellence, and business governance.
• Experience designing scalable business processes, performance frameworks, and management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and business leaders.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments with significant ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
