The role

You'll be responsible for becoming the voice behind founders and executives, turning ideas, meetings, podcasts, and market insights into high-performing content across X and other social platforms.

What you look like

• Proven experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or thought leaders across X and other platforms.
• Ability to transform complex Web3 topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt to different voices and tones.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, personal branding, and audience psychology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple founder accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience ghostwriting for founders, creators, or Web3 companies.
• Deep knowledge of Web3, crypto, and internet culture.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content pipelines and deadlines.
