Forklift Operator - $19-21 per hour

Parallel Employment is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Darien, WI & Delavan, WI. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport and organize materials across the facility. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.

Wage: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load/unload shipments, move materials, and organize inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
