Responsible to:
Yard Manager
Main Objectives:
General yard op duties, maintenance, cleaning and recycling materials of a busy Builders Merchant.
Place of Work:
Watford WD25
6.30am – 4.30pm. or 7.30-5.30Mon – Fri
6.30am – 4.30 p.m.Every Second Saturday
Salary:
£24,000
Job Specification:
- Loading and unloading goods using a forklift
- Picking and packing
- Assisting with deliveries
- Replenishing stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Assisting in any other Warehouse duties as required
Person Specification:
- Good level of fitness
- Good team working skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Good communication and customer care skills
- An awareness of health & safety issues
- Previous experience of working in an outdoor environment
