Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies
- Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
- Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements
- Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly
- Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations
- Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed
- Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment
What You'll Bring?
- Current Ford Senior Master Certification
- Ford dealership service experience
- Diagnostic and repair expertise
- Experience with Ford systems, technology, and repair procedures
- Familiar with flat-rate productivity goals
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- ASE Certifications
- 4 or more years advanced electrical diagnostics
- 3 or more years advanced hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems
