Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and reset tables, including removing and replacing dishes, glasses, utensils and condiments in a timely and organized manner
• Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
• Pay attention to the dining situation of guests and follow up if necessary
• Make coffee and tea, keep supply of coffee, tea, other beverages and ice readily available
• Ensure all hotel quality standards are implemented

Job Requirements:

• At least six months' food & beverage experience being an advantage
• Possess excellent command of written and spoken Chinese; ability to communicate in English being an advantage
• Proficient in computer operation and POS system
• Possess good communication skills
• Possess high standard of personal grooming and presentation
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
