• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces to ensure high quality and efficiency.

• Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints promptly, monitor dining rooms for service quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction goals.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and schedule team members, including monitoring grooming and performance.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Conduct regular food and beverage inventory, manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and monitor costs to meet budget targets.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including fire and life safety procedures.

• Menu & Promotion Support: Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and assist with local F&B marketing programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Experience: Generally 2+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality.

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Attributes: Ability to work in high-pressure environments, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
