Food and Beverage Team Member 

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be integral to our front-of-house operations.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including serving guests, managing reservations, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Whether you’re a Waitress/Waiter, Host/Hostess, or Bartender, your role is crucial in delivering high-quality service and enhancing our guests’ overall experience.

What you will bring to the role:

• Minimum experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a premium hotel environment
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• Enthusiasm for high-quality food and beverage experiences
• Strong communication skills with a focus on people and teamwork
• Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, and resolve guest complaints
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations food handling best practices
• Understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory and ordering
• A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the company
• Flexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods, weekends, and public holidays

English Speaking is mandatory

Other additional Language is a must.
