Your New Role

As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operations of food and drink service to customers. You will oversee all of the issues pertaining to a customer's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service. You will be a guiding inspiration to your team, enabling them to deliver excellence in service.

What you will need to succeed

·Previous experience in F&B from a luxury 4/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.

·Knowledge of Indian Cuisine is advantageous

·Fluent in written & verbal English language

·Exceptional customer care skills

·Great team worker

·Pride and attention to detail in your work

·Professional and warm personality
