Food & Beverage Attendant / Barista

About the Role

• Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories Restaurant and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external

• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue

• Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards

• Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too. 

About You

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

• Previous experience in a similar role will be viewed favourably

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Excellent personal presentation

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card

• Barista experience and coffee-making skills are highly desirable; shifts assigned to the coffee cart will be paid at the applicable Barista rate.

• Hospitality Industry (General) Award Casual Level 2 - base rate $33.85 + applicable loadings

• Barista shifts: Hospitality Industry (General) Award Casual Level 3 - base rate $34.96 + applicable loadings
