 Food & Beverage Assistant 

You will assist in the smooth running of the Food & Beverage areas ensuring an efficient and effective operation. The role involves working within our busy restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.

Food & Beverage role will include:

• To provide attentive service to all customers during their meal / drink;
• To ensure that all food and drinks are served properly, up to the hotel standards;
• To offer exceptional level of customer service at all the time;
• To serve all guests in a professional and efficient manner;
• To recommend dishes and up sell on wines and drinks
• To ensure that all stores are in order and tidied on a regular basis.

Ideal candidate should have at least one year experience working in a busy Food & Beverage department. Previous knowledge of conference set up is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
