Job description
We are seeking experienced Ground Control Operators to support live event productions in Jeddah. The Ground Control Operator plays a vital role in maintaining timing, cue accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency during live performances.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in Ground Control, Follow Spot Operations, or similar live event lighting roles
- Strong understanding of live show cueing and timing
- Excellent verbal communication skills (clear, calm, and precise under pressure)
- Ability to work in fast-paced live event environments
- Familiarity with lighting terminology and follow spot workflows
- Strong teamwork skills and professional attitude
- Ability to remain focused during long show hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on concerts, festivals, theater productions, or large-scale live events
- Previous work in high-pressure or broadcast-style environments
- Knowledge of lighting control systems and show calling processes
