FMC Filing Specialist

Executes pricing and surcharge filing processes with accuracy and speed to ensure compliance and support commercial objectives

What you do:

• Accurate and timely execution of market rate pricing and surcharge filings incompliance with FMC and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintenance of pricing and surcharge data integrity to ensure system efficiency and cost optimization.

• Delivery of reliable pricing and surcharge insights to enable informed commercial decisions.

• Process and validate market rate price settings and surcharge filings according to regional standards.

• Monitor compliance with FMC, SSE and other government regulations across all filings.

• Maintain and update pricing and surcharge databases to ensure smooth system performance.

• Prepare and share pricing and surcharge reports with commercial and platform teams.

• Adopt process improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with platform teams.

• Assist in simplifying surcharge structures by coordinating with Ocean Product and FPO teams.

Who You Are:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and filings.

• Knowledge of pricing strategies, surcharge structures, and regulatory compliance in logistics.

• Analytical skills for interpreting pricing data and generating insights.• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross functional coordination.

• Proficiency in pricing systems, reporting tools, and data management platforms.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
