Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team in Longview, TX. In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

What You’ll Do

• Keep floors shining – buffing, polishing, waxing, and refinishing

• Operate cleaning equipment (buffers, vacuums, shampooers, etc.)

• Maintain area rugs & upholstered furniture (spot clean & replace when needed)

• Change patient room curtains weekly

• Ensure equipment is properly used and stored

• Move furniture/equipment as needed to complete tasks

• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Valid Driver’s License
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
✅ Flexible with scheduling (night shift required)
✅ Positive and professional attitude
