MANDYNAMIC is seeking Floor Managers on behalf of  well known Chain Restaurants in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates should have a positive attitude, responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support team to provide highest quality products and service as per the brand and company standards
• Ensure smooth operation of the shift
• Work along and guide the waiting team to follow brand service standards and procedures
• Ensure guests’ have a memorable experience
• Create and support a culture of trust and ownership where performance is recognised and progression is promoted.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant management positions and hospitality
• Customer Service enthusiast
• Team Player
• Knowledge of English and/or Greek
• Computer Knowledge
• Strong leadership, and people skills
