Floor Plans Analyst

Accountabilities

• The Floor Plan Designer II is responsible for the daily creation, management, and refinement of detailed event floor plans using EXPOCAD and AutoCAD.
• This role focuses on delivering precise, functional, and visually engaging layouts that align with client requirements while maximizing space efficiency.
• The designer also develops high-quality 3D visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to support presentations and concept development.
• Collaboration is key, as the role works closely with clients and internal project teams to translate ideas into actionable designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure all plans meet both aesthetic standards and operational requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Meets all required technical and design skill competencies listed below
• 2–3 years of experience in designing floor plans for events and exhibitions
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and technical design
• Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
• Ability to produce high-quality renders using Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for post-processing and graphic enhancements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
