Flight Representative

We are the largest private jet brokerage in the world!  We believe we have achieved this by placing the client in the center of everything we do.

We are looking for a Freelance flight representative to join our team in Madrid.  This role is essential to the clients experience on the day of travel being at the airport before the flight to ensure everything is in order and supporting the client right through to when they step foot on the aircraft.

This role would be suited to a VIP cabin attendant.

• Arrive at the airport early working with all stakeholders to ensure the client's needs to have been met e.g. the catering and ground transport are correct
• Meet and greet the lead client and guests at the terminal, providing a professional, welcoming ACS presence.
• Arrange or provide requested refreshments where appropriate.
• Communicate with the client at each stage of the process, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout.
• Support a smooth client journey from arrival at the terminal through to departure, escalating any issues promptly where needed.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English 
• Must be proactive and solutions focused
• Outstanding communicator

• Competitive day rate

Compensation (from employer):
180 – 180 EUR (DAILY)
