Overview

POP Prague is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support production teams during peak periods through a flexible on-call arrangement.

The role focuses on executing creative adaptations and production work across print, digital, social, and OOH campaigns for international clients. The designer will provide coverage during evenings and weekends, ensuring continuity of service and timely delivery of client requests.

Availability

• Weekdays: 16:00 – 24:00
• Weekends: 10:00 – 19:00
• Flex / on-call basis during August and early September - potentially extendable based on operational requirements
• Ability to respond to urgent production requests within agreed timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt master creative assets into multiple formats and languages
• Produce digital, social, print, OOH, and DOOH deliverables
• Resize and version artwork according to media plans and technical specifications
• Execute DTP and production tasks while maintaining creative integrity
• Quality-check deliverables before release
• Collaborate remotely with Project Managers, Designers, and Production teams
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously during peak activity periods
• Ensure all files are delivered according to POP and client standards

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with production and adaptation workflows
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong understanding of file preparation for print and digital channels
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling last-minute requests
• Good written communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma
• Experience working with international brands and localization projects
• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative production tools

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design, DTP, or production design role
• Reliable, organized, and responsive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or production environment

Remuneration

• 250 CZK per standby hour
• 500 CZK per working hour

Engagement Type

Temporary flex coverage for the August / early September peak period, with potential for future freelance collaboration based on business needs.
