• Schedules needed mobile equipment repair or service work.
• Coordinates operation and maintenance of equipment, storage facilities, and repair facilities
• Assign trucks and passenger cars for use.
• Generates preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) tickets weekly for the maintenance team.
• Generate PM and CM reports for each department as required.
• Close PM and CM tickets weekly for each maintenance team.
• Attend required meetings when necessary.
• Review and change job plans as required.
• Review and support new technology on PM's and CM's.
• Support PMP workshops, job plans and PM work orders. Train new users in CRM´S or other appropriate systems.
• Analyze data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
• Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.

Job Description

Misión:
Realizar, de manera autónoma, tareas operativas básicas en su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las directrices marcadas por su responsable, a fin de satisfacer las necesidades del proyecto.

Son responsables de la ejecución de los contratos de servicios. Planifican, optimizan y supervisan la utilización de los recursos para asegurar que los servicios se ejecutan conforme a las especificaciones y coste establecidos. Entre sus funciones más comunes están: Gestionar los contratos, elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias, planificar y fijar las fases del servicio, supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas y del personal subordinado y operarios, verificar la calidad del trabajo durante todas las fases del servicio, etc.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-shift operations in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment.
