Fleet Operations Executive

The selected candidates’ main duties and responsibilities will consist of:

• Maximising leasing fleet utilisation
• Handle replacement vehicles fleet
• Scheduling maintenance and repairs on all vehicles
• Managing vehicle licenses and insurance
• Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
• Developing methods for cost control and improved efficiency.

The ideal applicant for this post should:

• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications;
• Have an excellent command of English language;
• Have a clean driving license;
• Be self-motivated and prepared to work on own initiative;
• Possess excellent organisational skills;
• be capable to work in a team to meet corporate deadlines and objectives.
