As a Fleet Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Michels Family of Companies with field fleet electronic device needs. This position will assist with answering questions on electronic device equipment, review and analyze data reported from devices, and provide recommendations for improvement.

What it takes:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access/database software
  • Associate’s Degree (desired)
  • Experience working with Power BI (desired)
  • Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (desired)
  • Fleet or Construction Industry experience (desired)
