The Fitness Representative of Franciscan works closely with the fitness management team to help maintain a safe and educational environment for our community. This position, also, ensures a positive client experience by assisting with the operation of equipment, monitoring blood pressure, and acting as a resource during fitness appointments.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Serve as a resource to all members regarding fitness appointments, orientation to equipment, and blood pressure monitoring.
• Monitor, serve, and educate members and guests regarding all aspects and areas of the fitness center floor.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Fitness/Exercise related
• Required High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Fitness/Customer Service related Required
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Not Applicable
• First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
