Fitness Attendent

• Welcome and engage members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness floor, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sanitize fitness equipment throughout operating hours.
• Ensure all equipment is organized, operational, and reported if repairs are needed.
• Re-rack weights and keep workout areas free of hazards.
• Stock towels, cleaning supplies, and other fitness amenities.
• Monitor adherence to club policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a positive member experience.
• Support fitness staff with operational needs as assigned.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in health and fitness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Attention to detail.
• Team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask.
