  • Tone of Voice: Ensure every interaction reflects RateHawk’s standards: friendly, confident, accurate, and detail-oriented.

What We're Looking For

  • Industry Background: Solid experience in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
  • Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level English and Russian.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written correspondence skills with an ability to connect with diverse partners and suppliers.
  • Thrives Under Pressure: Highly responsible, attentive to details, resilient, and capable of managing heavy workloads efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to resolving complex booking scenarios and partner inquiries smoothly.

What We Offer

  • Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your home!
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + bonus.
  • Dynamic Team: Be part of a young, ambitious, and energetic global team.
  • Growth Opportunities: Tackle complex, high-volume tasks that will continuously elevate your professional skills.
  • Learning & Development: Continuous support through internal training programs, seminars, and conferences.
  • Perks: Corporate discounts on hotels and travel services worldwide.
