Fit-Out Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fit-Out Designer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative space planning and interior fit-out concepts.
• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out design, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing.
• Understanding of UAE building regulations and fit-out standards is an advantage.
• Excellent space planning, technical drawing, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
