Firmware Engineer_BMC

We are seeking an experienced BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of BMC solutions that power our next-generation platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing BMC features to meet diverse customer needs, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver tailored BMC solutions that create tangible value for our clients and strengthen the company’s competitiveness.

【Responsibilities】
1. Lead and participate in BMC software and firmware development.
2. Maintain and enhance existing BMC solutions to ensure stability and performance.
3. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams to integrate BMC features.
4. Provide technical support and customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
5. Continuously explore new technologies to improve efficiency and functionality.

【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in BMC development (OpenBMC, IPMI, Redfish, or related domains).
3. Strong knowledge of embedded Linux systems, C/C++, Python, or shell scripting.
4. Familiarity with server management protocols and standards (IPMI, PLDM, MCTP, Redfish).
5. Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

【Preferred Skills】
1. Experience with AST2600 or similar BMC SoCs.
2. Knowledge of hardware interfaces such as I²C, SPI, PCIe, and GPIO.
