Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman

Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, committed to protecting people and property. We are currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce entry level employees into the fire protection industry.
• Demonstrate safe, efficient, quality, and code compliant installations to new employees.
• Provide training opportunities for new employees. (Wheels of Learning / State
• certification)
• Evaluate progress of new employees.
• Innovating and result driven mentality.

Requirements

• Work experience, training or education in the installation of fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
• May work in a variety of business and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.

• Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
