Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Construction process, including estimating, design coordination, and client communication. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems and experience in project management.

Responsibilities

·         Manage Job Installation Schedules (Parts on Job)

·         -Work with Fire Sprinkler Pre-Construction Manager

·         -Manage / Work with Project Managers

·         -Responsible for quality and code compliant installations

·         -Responsible Monthly Installation Labor Finances

·         -Responsible for Monthly Billings

·         -Oversee Change Order Process

·         -Innovating and result driven mentality

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

·         Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry.

·         Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes.

·         Proficient in estimation software and project management tools.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills.

·         Valid driver's license.
