Fire Alarm System Sales Engineer (Electrical)

• Promote and sell the company fire protection solutions to existing customers.
• Create new market channels.
• Report to company BD Director.

• Drive sales of fire alarm systems by identifying potential clients and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet regulatory standards.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers, outlining product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate system design and implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to fire alarm systems.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company’s fire alarm products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including post-installation follow-up.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in fire alarm systems or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm products and systems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local fire safety regulations and standards.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and assess sites.
