Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively manage booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Offer knowledgeable guidance on travel destinations and travel regulations to enhance customer journeys.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with various departments and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on travel trends and company policies to provide clients with the best information available.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support, ideally within the travel industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with travel booking platforms is an asset.
