Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone in Finnish.
• Assist users with account inquiries, content recommendations, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
• Document customer interactions and solutions to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more complex customer challenges efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest platform features, content releases, and industry trends to enhance support interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Relevant experience in customer support, particularly in technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
