Responsibilities

• Guide Finnish-speaking clients through our product range, providing tailored recommendations and support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and assist in closing sales.
• Collect and analyze customer insights to contribute to product improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and market developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or product consultancy is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• A passion for helping clients achieve their goals through effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus.
