Finnish Speaking Partner Support Consultant

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support to our partners in Finnish-speaking regions. Your fluency in Finnish and commitment to partner success will be crucial in developing strong partnerships and ensuring that our partners have the necessary resources and assistance to excel. Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Finnish-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs.
• Provide detailed guidance on product features and integration to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Thoroughly document partner interactions and resolutions within the support system.
• Monitor trends in partner feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Engage with internal teams to create and update training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address partner challenges.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and dedication to fostering partner success are essential.
