Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking customers via chat, email, or phone with their online shopping questions and needs.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues regarding orders, payments, and returns.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to improve the overall service quality.
• Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies to ensure accurate support.
• Create a friendly and positive shopping atmosphere through engaging communication.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer interactions and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce sector, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
