Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Finnish-speaking clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers about our products and services, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and handle complex cases.
• Stay updated on company offerings and policies to provide reliable support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a multilingual setting, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a dedication to helping customers achieve their goals.
