Finnish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated mobile support to Finnish-speaking customers through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to mobile applications and device usage.
• Guide users through the installation and configuration of mobile apps, ensuring optimal performance.
• Document all support interactions accurately in the customer service management system.
• Stay current with product updates and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
• Collaborate with product teams to convey user feedback and suggestions for system improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or mobile support roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• A genuine interest in mobile technology and commitment to user support.
• Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM software is a plus.
