Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay abreast of marketplace trends, product knowledge, and industry updates to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a marketplace environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
