Your contributions will enhance the player experience by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive gaming environment. Responsibilities

• Engage with Finnish-speaking gamers via live chat, providing friendly and effective support.
• Assist with a range of gaming-related inquiries, including gameplay mechanics, account management, and technical support.
• Communicate updates about games, new features, and community guidelines to players.
• Document player interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to relay player insights and contribute to service enhancements.
• Promote a respectful and engaging online community among gamers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to effectively handle customer inquiries.
• A deep passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate gamer needs.
