In this important role, you will work closely with our Finnish-speaking clients to understand their IT challenges and provide them with tailored technology solutions that drive efficiency and business success. Your engagement and expertise will play a vital role in fostering long-lasting client relationships and ensuring effective technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Finnish-speaking clients to evaluate their IT requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Design and implement strategic IT initiatives that align with client business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to enable clients to maximize the benefits of IT systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution and integration of proposed solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements to provide informed advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is a necessity; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or a related field is desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of a variety of IT products, solutions, and emerging technologies.
