Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking gamers by answering their questions and enhancing their overall gaming experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve gaming-related issues with effective solutions.
• Educate players on game features, updates, and community events.
• Document player feedback and interactions for quality improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the gaming team to share player insights and suggestions.
• Promote a positive gaming environment by encouraging respectful communication among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Superb communication skills and a genuine passion for the gaming world.
• Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to solve problems effectively in a gaming context.
• An enthusiastic gamer with knowledge of current gaming trends and platforms.
• Experience with customer support tools and systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate player needs.
