• Encourage active participation within the community and create a welcoming atmosphere for all players.
• Collaborate with the development team to share player insights and suggestions for improvements.
• Stay updated on game content, features, and community standards to deliver accurate support.
• Document player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the overall player experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community engagement.
• A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
• Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
